INSPIS user meeting

Yesterday, on September 24th, 2020, we held another meeting under strict NIJZ recommendations.

We met with representatives of users of the INSPIS inspection system and gathered at the Hotel Ribno. Some of the participants also joined us through online technology. At the regular annual meeting, we presented the innovations in more detail, and with examples of concrete use, the representatives of users of various inspectorates added real weight to the technical capabilities of INSPIS.

We thank all the participants for their active participation in the meeting, because only in this way can we together outline a true development vision.

This year’s partner seminar is completed

This year we also successfully conducted the ShakeSpeare 2020 Partner Seminar, which we approached appropriately for the situation this year. The lecturers passed on large amounts of new knowledge in the field of BPM to our participants, and we are proud and pleased to award certificates to new experts.

Euroasian Financial and Economic Forum in Moscow

Our CEO – Ernest Žejn – was a moderator and a speaker at the annual Euroasian Financial and Economic Forum in Moscow on the 22. 11. 2019. Ernest was heading the panel “Technologies and finance: from services to ecosystems” and presenting good practices of European banks at their transformation from a “brick-and-mortar” organization into a fully virtualized and robotized world of e-Banks.

 

Days of Slovenian Lawyers

This year we again attended the Slovenian Lawyers Day event.  Žejn Group was also present in Industry 4.0 on Thursday, October 10, 2019, with the lecture “Artificial Intelligence – Assistance or Substitution for Lawyers” – which is running in parallel with technological developments.
The section touched upon the topic of technological development in everyday life (Internet of Things – IoT, Blockchain, Autonomous Vehicles, AI – Artificial Intelligence at Work) and rights and duties arising from a changing environment.

The lecture presented robotization of work in the legal sector, which improves the added value of the individual. The concepts of operation, strengths and challenges that lie ahead for the coming years were presented. The emphasis of the whole lecture was on the current state of computerization and digitization of individual law offices. Law firms that do not keep up with the times. In the future, the latter may represent a greater effort in the transition to existing technologies and may require faster adaptation to a changing environment.

We met with existing users of ShakeSpeare® solutions and services. We have established new strategic partnerships that will provide users with an even better user experience.

 

Innovazione Friuli

On the September 11th 2019 we have presented ShakeSpeare® for the first time to Italian market. Conference was held by Innovazione Friuli in romantic Venice in industrious north. We found first potential partners and first potential costumers with whom we are strategizing potential market entry. Congrats to Diana for a job well done.

 

Partner seminar 2019

From May 8.th – 10.th  we hosted a Partner seminar. Our partners and associates from Slovenia, Croatia, Austria, Germany and Serbia have learned about ShakeSpeare® technology and have upgraded their knowledge. We sincerely thank everyone for their participation.

 

INSPIS – User Meeting

Yesterday, at June 18th, 2019, the second annual meeting of the INSPIS User Group took place in Ribno by Bled. With the representatives of the inspectorates that use the INSPIS program system for day-to-day management of procedures, we upgraded new functionalities, implemented upgrades for the needs of harmonization with GDPR and development guidelines. We are pleased with the constructive proposals and the active participation of all present users, because we believe that it is only by joint efforts that the desired results and long-term success can be achieved.
Consolidation of ideas and development guidelines is indispensable, and we are looking forward to further initiatives and development ideas.
