ZEUS accounting and tax Consultancy service is a medium sized accounting and tax consulting company with 25 employees and is a National Champion for European Business Awards in 2016 / 2017.
ZUES is using the Pantheon ERP for their accounting requirements. All their clients (over 100 companies) had to physically bring their paid invoices every month for booking in the general Ledger. This meant made a huge administrative and logistical coordination.
S-invoice enabled the ZEUS Accounting Service to ask their clients to scan the invoices in their own offices and send them in digital form.
OCR Templates were introduced for large clients, where frequently received invoices are automatically recognized, meta data is extracted and without human intervention and put in the waiting line for booking in the general ledger.
NKBM bank is the 2nd largest system bank in Slovenia with almost 1.600 employees operating in retail and corporate banking. The bank legal department also uses outsourced legal experts which need to be compliant with the Service Level Agreement. Furthermore the legal department had many internal requests from branches and departments within the organization for legal opinions and clarification.
